Suitable for clean media, not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity. A swing check valve, also known as a one-way valve or check valve, relies on the flow force of the medium to open or close its opening and closing components. Its function is to prevent the medium from flowing back in the pipeline.

Check valves belong to the automatic valve category and are mainly used in pipelines with unidirectional flow of medium. They only allow medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines.

The swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure, and all the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body without penetrating the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used in the middle flange part, there are no external leakage points overall, eliminating the possibility of valve leakage.

The connection between the rocker arm and the valve disc of the swing check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, allowing the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within a 360 degree range and appropriate micro position compensation.


• The structural length is short, which is only 1/4 to 1/8 of that of traditional flange check valves;

• Small in size and light in weight, its weight is only 1/4 to 1/20 of that of traditional flange check valves

• The valve disc closes quickly and the water hammer pressure is low; Both horizontal and vertical pipelines can be used, making installation convenient;

• Smooth flow with low fluid resistance; Sensitive action and good sealing performance; The valve disc has a short stroke and low impact force;

• The overall structure is simple and compact, with a beautiful appearance;

• Long service life and high reliability.
